     Esta semana hemos celebrado el sorteo de la cesta que por gentileza de Laboratorios Arkochim ofrecíamos a nuestros clientes. Hizo entrega del premio nuestra nutricionista Libertad Díaz.

FOTOPROTECCION Y MEDICAMENTOS

     Ya nos va dejando el invierno y se acerca el buen tiempo y las salidas a la playa, la montaña... Pero también por lo mismo tenemos que empezar a pensar en protegernos del sol.
       El sol tiene efectos beneficiosos: sintetiza en la piel la vitamina D que ayuda a fortalecer los huesos, su luz nos previene las depresiones y el calor de la radiación infrarroja nos avisa del peligro de una quemadura solar.
      Pero también son conocidos sus efectos perjudiciales: quemaduras, fotoenvejecimiento y cáncer de piel. Otro efectos que olvidamos a menudo son las alergias solares, la sensibilidad y la aparición de manchas que algunos medicamentos pueden producir en la piel: anticonceptivos, antialérgicos, algunos antibióticos, antiarrítmicos... La lista es muy larga.
       Por eso te animamos a que si debes tomar alguna medicación nos consultes para prevenir cualquier efecto adverso relacionado con la exposición solar. Es muy recomendable tomar algún complemento por vía oral de cara a preparar tu piel frente al sol durante la primavera y el verano. Ello te evitará los efectos adversos que hemos comentado antes y te proporcionará un bronceado más rápido y uniforme.

       The summer is ending, good weather is coming and we start to go to the beach and to practise trekking… For these reason we have to begin to protect us from the sun.

        Sun has its benefits: synthesize in skin D vitamin which help to fortify bones,  light prevents us from depression and the heat from red radiation warn our body from a sunburn.

        As well are known harmful to health effects: burn, photoaging and skin cancer. Other effects we usually forget are solar allergy, sensitivity and marks produced by some medicines in our skin: contraceptives, some antibiotics, antiallergics, antiarrhythmics… The list is very long.

        Because of that we encourage you to consult us if you have to be under treatment to prevent any adverse effect related with sun exposure. Is very recommendable to have some oral complement for preparing your skin to the sun during spring and summer. It will prevent adverse effects we have mentioned and will provide you a fastest and uniform tan.
